Our group fitness classes are designed so that anyone can attend! These 45-minute classes offer a full-body workout. We switch it up all the time to keep you guessing. All classes offer a mixture of cardio, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. All classes are run on a timer system and each person works at their own pace and ability to do the movements. Instead of everyone needing to complete the same amount of reps of an exercise, each person does what they can in the given timeframe.
