Boot Camp is a class (currently offered at 6:00am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) that really works the entire body in different ways. This class is the most variable – some days it is more cardio-based, some days there are a lot of dumbbell exercises, and some days it is a mixture of everything.
45 minutes of high intensity drills to maximize your heart rate. Recovery periods are brief. A variety of equipment is used to change the focus of the muscle group and minimize repetition.
