Dumbbells, Cardio, and Core

 
Impact Fitness - Classes - Dumbbells, Cardio, and CoreDumbbells, Cardio, and Core is a class (currently offered at 6:00am on Tuesday and Thursday) that utilizes dumbbell exercises for the first half, then cardio and core exercises for the second half. This class is more geared toward strength, but also utilizes cardio throughout the class.
