Fit Camp is a class (currently offered at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday) is always keeping participants on their toes. Some days, it is programmed somewhat like the Boot Camp class with each person being on a mat and completing exercises individually. Other days, the class is run on a circuit and participants move to a new station every time the timer goes off.
Fit Camp uses your body weight and dumbbells in a 45min strength and cardio program workout designed to help you push yourself to being the best. With a non-stop timer set program and exercises personally designed to keep your body guessing.
