Lannie allowed me to visit as a guest to Impact. He does “bring a friend” periods at the end of each 8-week session.

Lannie’s fit-camp style is simple and effective. Mostly based on body weight and repetitions, it’s good for every size, body, attitude. Someone I know has been going for years and “still hasn’t stopped getting more fit.”
