Lannie has been training my 16 year old son for approximately three years now- focusing on strength (as appropriate for his age), balance, speed, and endurance. My son’s a baseball player and the workouts with Lannie have made a positive impact on my son’s performance. Lannie’s workouts and his overall rapport has also instilled a confidence in my son that has carried over into his game. I notice this confiedence, too, in so many other things he does as well. Lannie is honest, reliable and a role model for kids. I highly recommend his training services for anyone (or anyone’s kid), in any sport. He knows his stuff!
Through personal training with Lannie Pullon, I have lost inches — even in my seemingly exercise-resistant hips- and have gained strength and flexibility. Lannie developed workouts suited to my goals and kept me motivated with his positive outlook and creative approach to training. After working with him, I now know how to get the most out of dumbbells, kettle bells, balance ball, and other tools that allow me to work my whole body. Before starting personal training, I wasn’t all that sure about what I was getting myself into. But now I realize that buying a personal training pack with Lannie was a great investment with my health.
I am a sophomore at BHSS and a Varsity player for the boys basketball team. I just wanted to let you know that my individual training with Lannie has been great. It has prepared me very well for the season. I have reached many goals that I thought would be unreachable. Lannie does a great job encouraging through tough sets and we always have a fun time while working hard.
Working with Lannie Pullon is the best thing I have ever done for my health! It is apparent that Lannie enjoys what he does and this comes across in our personal training sessions. I have found Lannie to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness. He has gone to great lengths make me more enthusiastic about my personal fitness health.

Lannie allowed me to visit as a guest to Impact. He does “bring a friend” periods at the end of each 8-week session.
Lannie’s fit-camp style is simple and effective. Mostly based on body weight and repetitions, it’s good for every size, body, attitude. Someone I know has been going for years and “still hasn’t stopped getting more fit.”
I can see Lannie’s Impact Fitness as being a great way to get momentum for living a healthy lifestyle- his simple, encouraging, CHALLENGING workouts are really bulletproof. Great way to get moving and gain muscle…

Lannie was AMAZING. I have been an athlete my whole life and in some sort of daily pain for 10 years. He was able to help me understand where some of my pain is coming from and ways to alleviate. Intelligent, kind, and courteous. Life changing!
After just one 30 min stretching and flexibility session my hip feels way looser, as does the rest of my body. 10/10 would recommend! Great place!

I have gone to Lannie at Impact Fitness for almost a year now. He is a great personal trainer. He truly cares for those he trains. He motivates and pushes you in a manner that keeps you coming back. I highly recommend Impact Fitness.
Impact Fitness is one of the most fun and friendly environments that I have ever been in, everyone is very nice and friendly and the best part is that everyone is on a different level so there is no pressure to try and out preform anybody. Our instructor was super nice and you can tell he cares about the people going through the program. I have nothing but nice things to say and cannot wait to come back!!
A trainer that gets it! We all can’t work out two hours a day. Workouts are effective and affordable. Impact is a great way to enhance fitness level.
I would recommend Impact Fitness to anyone looking for a great work-out experience! I have tried both the boot camp and the fit camp. These group classes are challenging yet perfect for every level of fitness, and each class has been different. The price is great too.

Great atmosphere and an amazing workout! Bootcamp at Impact Fitness was definitely a challenging class and is beneficial to any level of fitness. Best workout experience I’ve had in Bloomington by far!

Lannie Pullon is by far one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He takes a lot of time to create the best workouts possible while keeping in mind your own personal level of fitness. His sessions are always challenging, but every workout has a modification so that you can do what is best for your body. He is extremely motivating, and his workout sessions always have the best atmosphere. I highly recommend Impact Fitnesss!!!
